Can I change the wording on the stationery set I have chosen?
Yes you can change the wording to anything that you wish and it is included in the costing.

What colours are available?
You can choose any matt colour you like. We don’t print metallics. Onscreen colours can look slightly different to printed colours.

How do I place an order?
Please email hello@theparlourpress.com your details to place an order.

How you deliver internationally?
 Yes I can deliver within and outside the EU. Cost depend on weight of the order.

How long does an order take to process?
Orders take 3-4 weeks to process (some designs can take less time) from signoff and are delivered by courier (flat rate of 10 euros) or post to your home. Express deliveries are sometimes possible depending on how busy we are. We use Fastway couriers or An Post for delivieres.

I would like a custom design, can I order a printed sample?
This depends on the design.

How do I make a payment?
We accept cash, cheque, bank draft, bank transfer or paypal. Please email for details. +3.4% charge to all paypal transactions.

Are envelopes included in my order?
Yes envelopes are included in all orders. Some RSVP postcards do not require envelopes.

What happens if I notice a mistake after I have signed off my stationery?
Please notify us as soon as you can and if the order has not gone to print we can make the amendment, unfortunately if your stationery has gone to print we cannot refund you.

I would like to print my own mass booklets, can you provide me with covers?
Yes we can print booklet covers in any style that you choose.

I like your designs but I would like to print them myself, can you send me the artwork?
Yes we have a charge for supplying High Resolution print ready PDFs.

Can I cancel my bespoke order?
Under EU Distance Selling Directive regulations, personalised goods are an exception to the normal regulations regarding canceling orders. As bespoke orders are all hand-made especially for you, if you wish to cancel an order you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we will do everything we can to cancel the order, but if the items are already made then unfortunately we cannot refund you.
